By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with www.nailcentre.ie you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will be Nail Centre Ireland .Prices are in Euros and All products are 23% VAT
All products are subject to stock availability. Stock availability, however if we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your order form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server The Seller doesn´t guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.
When you click on links on our website, they may direct you away from our site. Please note we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and therefore encourage you to read their privacy statements.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Please note that we are shipping Nail Centre products only in Republic of Ireland.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically.
Here at Nail Centre we aims to have your order delivered to your door within 2-3 working days. All orders will be processed on the day of their receipt unless submitted after 6pm. Your order will be delivered by FastWay offering prompt and reliable post service If the order is placed on weekend or bank holiday it will be dispatched the following working day.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, in the original box within 14 days of their receipt. The product(s) must not be damaged.
To organize returns, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number together with your name and address, and the details of the product. Our Customer Service team will issue a return slip and full refund (excluding the delivery cost) on receipt of the item(s), or will exchange the item(s) if preferred.
Please note: the item is your responsibility until it reaches Nail Centre Ireland. The cost of having the item returned to us is your liability. When you place your order and avail free delivery according to our terms and conditions we will not charge you for shipping cost. If you decide to send full order back to us we will not charge you for initial shipping cost (you must cover only cost of returning products to us) but if you decide to send part of your original order to us we will charge you for initial shipping according to cost of our delivery as order you finally kept would not qualify for free delivery (our T&C).
Under the Ireland distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Nails Centre Ireland and receive a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by email at email@example.com . Cancellation must be made before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched already, you can return the goods to us in order to receive a full refund (excluding the delivery cost). Please make sure you quote your order number together with your name and address in any correspondence with us.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number together with your name and address, and the details of the product. Please state whether you require a refund or a product replacement. Our Customer Service team will arrange for the wrong item to be picked up.
All goods supplied by the Company are warranted free from defects for 14 days from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you wish to return the goods because you claim that the goods are defective (ie “faulty”) you may do this within 14 days of delivery by first contacting our customer services team at email@example.com who will advise you of how to do this and then by posting the goods back to us. You may specify whether you require a refund or a replacement. Please refer to our returns policy. We will examine the potentially defective returned goods and contact you. Where you have required a refund we will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period of time. We will delivery of a replacement or the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 2-3 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund or replacement for the returned goods.
Our Customer Service team will process your return within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will refund the value of your purchase if returned to us as specified above. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to show on your banking statement. Please note we can only issue the refund to the buyer’s original card/account used for the purchase.

SSL SECURE PAYMENT AlphaSSL (Secure Socket Layer) powered by Global Sign is the industry standard technology used for sending encrypted information between a web browser and a web server. This ensures that the data shared between the browser and the server remains secure and is not read or interfered with. Data security is obviously crucial for successful ecommerce to protect both personal and financial information. SSL involves encrypting data using the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) where the server creates two cryptographic keys – a Private Key and a Public Key that are used to encrypt and unencrypt the data transmitted.
SSL Certificates – Sharing data securely is one thing, however, equally important is trusting who is at the receiving end. It’s vital to know that the website or online shops, are in fact, who they say they are. An SSL Certificate is issued by a Certificate Authority who verifies the identity of the website and its owners. The SSL Certificate contains the domain name, owner or company name, address, and country details of the website. It also contains the expiration date of the Certificate and the name of the Certification Authority responsible for issuing the Certificate. Finally, the certificate includes the public key of the server which is used for that encryption of data.
